What we like...

We believe that this product hits the right spot; first line workers generally do not need a desktop experience – they need a mobile phone experience . Microsoft have packaged collaborative team features into a price point and app-suite of distinction! First, the price is amazing: ( per /month ) Second, the cost savings and productivity yield: staff time previously wasted trying to arrange shift swaps is now automated; training and information is distributed to the team instantly; staff can work together and solve problems even if separated geographically or by shift time.

Ideal for mobile user

It’s obvious that this people-centric suite will yield productivity and costs saving far in excess of the monthly subscription fees. We are impressed by the inclusion of:

  • Teams – chat | share | video | audio | organize with the mobile app
  • Skype for Business – staff can join private or team video meetings wherever they are, using their phone
  • Sharepoint and Outlook – company resources can be made available easily by desk workers. Desk workers can send secure email direct to staff phones
  • OneNote and Lens – staff can quickly access and build their own repertoire of knowledge with OneNote, and easily submit expense reimbursements direct to Accounts using Lens (via camera on phone)
